County Clerk's Office waives replacement feesUpon request, the Broome County Clerk’s Office will replace, at no charge, deeds and mortgages for persons who lost their documents in the flood. Call the office for details at 607-778-2255 or 607-778-2256. The Clerk’s Office is awaiting response/permission from the NYS DMV concerning additional fee waivers for things such as licenses, registrations, titles, etc. We will keep you posted when/if that permission comes through. 10am-1p.m., Monday-Friday Davis College offers relief for flood victimsA disaster relief team will provide up to 6600 meals per day for residents coping with the aftermath of the flood. Meals will be prepared by a Southern Baptist Disaster Relief Feeding Team and distributed by the Red Cross to those in need. NYSEG distributes Bottled Water & Dry Ice
